The HPE JC772A is a part of the HPE 5900AF Switch Series. It has 48 fixed 1000/10000 SFP+ ports, 4 QSFP+ 40-GbE ports, 1 RJ-45 serial console port and features QoS, jumbo frames, and Layer 2 and 3 support. This is a managed Rack-Mountable unit with a 128000-entry MAC address table.

The 5900AF switch enables customers to scale their server-edge 10 GbE ToR deployments to heights with high-density 48 x 10 GbE ports delivered in a 1 RU design; 4 x 40 GbE uplinks back the high server port density to provide availability of needed bandwidth for demanding applications.
